🐟 Ordering Delivery – How It Works 
Terms & Conditions: 

You can order your Knights delivery only via our app or website we do not take phone orders so our staff can focus on the customers in house! – It's quick, simple, and straight to your door.
 

📍 Zones & Timing
  • Zone 1: Same-day orders welcome!

  • Zone 2: Due to distance and logistics, please pre-order up to 1 day in advance.

 

All orders must be placed at least 20 minutes before your chosen delivery slot. If you miss the cut-off, your order may roll to the next available time.

⏰ Time slots are a guide 
During very busy periods, your food might arrive a little later than planned. If you’re unsure, call us on 01458 831882.

🚗 Be Kind, We’re Human

Our team works hard (and long hours!) to bring you freshly cooked fish and chips. A kind word goes a long way. Rude or abusive behaviour won’t be tolerated

we’ll happily refuse delivery if necessary.

💷 Delivery Fees & Fair Pay

Our delivery fee ensures our drivers are paid fairly — and they even earn bonuses for long-range drops. We’re not UberEats or JustEat (and proud of it!), so don’t expect flashing maps or live driver tracking… just honest service and great food.
 

📍 Help Us Find You

Check your address, check it again, before you order! If you live in a rural area, please double-check your address and use What3Words to help our drivers locate you quickly. We can’t deliver to the middle of nowhere if you don’t tell us which bit of nowhere it is!
 

🍟 Keeping It Fresh

Every order leaves our premises hot, crispy, and freshly cooked — but sadly, we can’t rewrite the laws of physics. Hot food will naturally steam inside its packaging.
For maximum crunch, add your own salt and vinegar at home (or grab a bottle of our proper chip shop vinegar next time you visit!).

During peak times, we sometimes dispatch deliveries together, so you might be one of a few lucky customers on the route — thanks for your patience!

🐠 Arrival & Collection Etiquette

When you arrive, please head to our collection counter and speak to a member of our team.
Just tell us the name on the order (whether it’s you or your significant other who placed it — we’ve seen it all!).If it’s busy, thank you for your patience!
Please remember your collection time is a 5-minute window, not an exact minute on the clock.
We aim to have your order ready at the start of your slot, but if you’re early, it might still be finishing up  because we cook everything fresh.

We take great pride in our customer service and will always do our best to put things right quickly and fairly. Mistakes can happen (we’re human, after all!), but how we handle them matters — and we promise to do so with care.

⚠️ Ordering Mistakes
 

Please double-check your date and time before confirming your order!
Once placed, we cannot refund or change orders made for the wrong day or time.

Each order incurs commission and logistics costs, so mistakes unfortunately aren’t something we can absorb or amend after payment.

In short — check twice, order once!
